What is a Annual Maintenance Contract?

This contract is a Maintenance programme that should be put in place if you have a Water Treatment System for your home ?

What does a Maintenance Contract consist of?

It is a contract provided by us declaring that we will go to your system on site once in a 12 month period and carry out a full service, just like you would on your car, and leave a written report on site. We recommend at least one service per annum but for B & B,s for example it would be necessary for two visits per annum. Also as a customer on contract if for any reason you need our services again the call out charge is at a reduced rate.

How long does it take to get an engineer out?

We try to respond to every callout within 24 - 48 hrs depending what part of the country the client is at.
